Fixed Issues
Reposition
The
system would not clear the reposition was not cleared after the
shearing sequence was reset.
Sequence
The user
could not add any subsequent sequencing to a tool after using "Control One Tool Sequence" to remove the sequence
from the tool.
Other
Auto Shearing would try to shear the top of the sheet when there was little or nothing to shear.
Shearing had a 0.5 overcut at the center of some sheets between the different grids, and the output NC RX data was wrong.
Shearing for some sheets had a 0.5 overcut at the end of the shearing sequence.
NC Code Generation
The NC code output for Auto Work Chute function was wrong for Trumpf machines.
Cut Sequence
When you set the clamps along the top of the sheet, the system would still
avoid the bottom area during the cutting process because it
regarded the area the clamp dead zone.
Enhancements
Improvements have been made in the vertical shearing and overtravel.
