Update Instructions: Note: DO NOTunzip the service release files to your default CAD/CAM directory. A. Update FabriWIN: 1. To update your FabriWIN from the previous version, please click here to get the archive files. 2. When the File Download dialog box appears, select the Save This File to Disk option and click OK. The Save As dialog box appears. 3. Click the Save button. The Self-Extract Zip file FabriWIN10.0_10.23.exe will be saved to the computer desktop by default. 4. Unzip the file to a temporary folder, like c:\temp. 5. Copy the backup.bat to the folder C:\FabriWIN or the CAD/CAM system folder and run it. 6. Copy "TransfAddin.dll" in "C:\Temp" to the default system folder of your operating system, like C:\Windows\System32. 7. Copy the other unzipped files in c:\temp\fabriwin to the CAD/CAM system main folder you specified before. The default folder is C:\FabriWIN. 8. Now, You have updated your CAD/CAM system. Download the file FabriBEND or FabriTALK to a Temporary folder, such as C:\temp. 2. Then launch each file by double clicking the executable program (*.exe). C. Update FabriWIN for CATIA 1. To update your FabriWIN for the CATIA from the previous version, please click here to get the archive files. 2. When the File Download dialog box appears, select Save this File to Disk and click OK. In Addition to this Online update of FabriWIN 10.2 version, shall be an automatic installation of FabriBEND 2.0, which allows you to check your flat part layout and bend collisions, free for 30 Days. E. Download FabriWINCATIA OnlineUpdate Replacement 1. To update your OnlineUpdate.exe from the previous version, please click here to get the archive files for FabriWINCATIA OlineUpdate. 2. When the File Download dialog box appears, select the Save This File to Disk option and click OK. The Save As dialog box appears. 3. Click the Save button. Update Unfold3D Module 1. To Upgrade Unfold3D of FabriWIN, please click here to get the archive files. 2. When the File Download dialog box appears, select save this File to disk and click OK. The Save As dialog box appears. 3. Click the Save button. The file will be saved to Desktop by default. 4. Unzip the file to a folder like c:\temp. 5. Copy backup.bat to the folder C:\Unfold3D\ FabriWIN\ and run it. 6. Copy the unzipped files/folder(s) in c:\temp\Unfold3D\ to the Unfold3D folder you specified before. The default folder is C:\Unfold3D\ FabriWIN\. 7. Now, you have updated your Unfold3D modules. You can run it now. G. Update Block Driver 1. To Upgrade the block driver, please click here to get the driver of Sentinel SuperPro. Driver Version 7.3.0. 2. When the File Download dialog box appears, select save this File to disk and click OK. The Save As dialog box appears. 3. Click the Save button. The file will be saved to Desktop by default. 4. Double click to execute the file "Sentinel Protection Installer 7.3.0.exe" you have downloaded. 5. Respond to the prompt messages and finish the installation. 6. Now, you have updated your block driver. H. Update DXFDWG Support Module 1. To Upgrade DXFDWG support module, please click here to get the archive files. 2. Close FabriIWIN if it is running. 3. Navigate to your FabriWIN installation directory. The default directory is c:\fabriwin. 4. Replace ExpImpDxfDwg.dll with the one in the patch. 5. Find the following files and delete them. DD_Root.dll DD_ModelerGeometry.dll DD_Gs.dll DD_Gi.dll DD_Ge.dll DD_Db.dll DD_AcisRenderer.dll DD_AcisBuilder.dll DD_Acis.dll 6. Copy the following files in the patch to FabriWIN installation directory. DD_Alloc_2.02_6.dll DD_Db_2.02_6.dll DD_Ge_2.02_6.dll DD_Gi_2.02_6.dll DD_Root_2.02_6.dll Now you have updated the DXFDWG Support Module. Enhancements: Intellinest All sheets can have the remnant cut now, after nesting. Fixed Bugs: Customize The system would crash after customizing toolbars by deleting icons from Standard toolbar. Display Highlight function had display problems, when you selected a pattern to highlight, sometimes other patterns would be highlighted at the same time. Inquire a tool and then view Punching Condititons, the display of Punching Conditions had many problems. Edit When start point moved to the part corner, prepunch would not move with the start point and stay in the original place. Intellinest With part view on and workspace off, if the user drew a line on the sheet after nesting and then updated the sheet, the line on the sheet  would jump to other sheet and could not be deleted. Update a lot of sheets after nesting, the system would crash. The changes made to the columns in the nesting job can not be kept. The part count on the nesting report is not right after updating the sheet. NC Code Generation Using "Cut Entire Sheet Twice" function, NC code  output a 2 sub programs – both called L1 with cut data and called with L1. Tool The tool picked the wrong side to assign when selected as the Tab Tool in the material file. In the turret we could not remove the unwanted tool specifically. When turning on common tool punch, Remove DUPLICATE HITS did not remove the Square tool double hits in the sheet. Tool Assignment Assigning a special tool to the closed line, the system could hang up. 2D and 3D IMPORT/EXPORT modules would not work correctly with Power User permissions set on NTFS hard drive partitions. Other The guide size setting did not switch between inch and metric. There were extra snap points in the sheet mode and if drew a line in the sheet, double lines would appear and these lines could not be editted. Put a tool into the station in the tool list and then click other tools, the station box would still show the last station number. If flipped the large part at the right and common cut it, some holes on the part did not get sequenced and the process of the cutting was wrong.
